Damaged Hair: Care Tips to Recover strands

Keeping your hair healthy and beautiful is of great importance, especially for us women. Identifying damaged hair is very simple, therefore it requires greater care so that the hair looks as we desire. Lack of attention to locks can result in brittle, dull, dry and lifeless hair, thus greatly affecting our high esteem. However, damaged hair doesn't have to be a problem anymore, that's why I've put together some wonderful treatment tips to do as soon as the strands start to show signs of weakness.

It is good to remember that, like our entire body, hair requires frequent care and attention so that it can have where to absorb vitamins and nutrients so that it remains healthy. The sources of hair nutrients are not just treatment creams and oils. The main place from which these are absorbed is the body itself and the scalp, so what you consume also interferes with the quality of your hair.

With that in mind, I could not fail to mention the best product for treating damaged hair and the best (and my favorite) source of nutrients to treat brittle and weak hair. THE BeautVip it is without a doubt an excellent option for this case, as in addition to strengthening and giving shine to the hair, it also contributes to the growth of the tresses in a healthy way. My salvation in capsule form!

Learn how to treat damaged hair and the causes of this nuisance.

As I've already mentioned, identifying weak and damaged tresses is not difficult, just look at the structure of the strands. Brittle hair, porous, rough, dull, with little elasticity, dry, thin and with split ends, are easily noticed since healthy strands do not show any of these symptoms.

What Causes Damaged Hair

Things that are very common in our routine and in our day-to-day life can greatly damage the tresses, such as wind, dust, exposure to air conditioning, exposure to the sun, lack of humidity in the air and swimming pool baths. The use of hair dryer, flat iron, thermal styling and even chemical processes such as bleaching (mainly) perms, dyes, straightening and pickling are also great reasons for hair damage.

Care Tips for Damaged Hair

Healthy eating

Maintaining nutritious and healthy food consumption is essential for hair development. This is because the presence of nutrients such as Omega 3, vitamin A, vitamin C, iron and zinc (present in foods such as almonds and walnuts) and even proteins (present in meat, eggs and milk) are essential for healthy growth and strengthening of our locks.

regular hydration

Hydration is always important, however, in brittle and very damaged hair it is essential and should be done weekly. However, if the hair or/and hair is oily, take a fifteen-day break.

In the hydration stage, it is necessary to choose good quality products that are specific for the type of hair and the problem to be solved. The way to do it is very simple and starts with the normal washing, just shampooing the threads. Remove excess water with a towel. Then, apply the product of your choice lock by lock, massaging them. Wear an aluminum or plastic cap and wait for the product to act as described on the packaging. Rinse, apply conditioner and finish as usual. To boost it, you can make a homemade recipe.

Make a capillary cauterization

Well known as plastic hair or capillary plastic, cauterization is a treatment for damaged hair that aims to restore the structure of the hair and return nutrients such as keratin, a product that is used in this process. The use of keratin at high temperature closes the cuticles of the hair, making them more hydrated, shiny and smooth, in addition to reducing the frizz and the volume.

Make a capillary schedule

Adhering to the capillary schedule can save your days.

Having a care routine, especially for damaged hair, is essential for hair reconstruction. O capillary schedule it is a treatment schedule that can be done over a long period and intersperses care such as hydration, nutrition and reconstruction. All highly needed for the recovery of damaged hair.

Be careful when washing

Even washing our hair needs attention, because it can break during the process. The best option is to always wash them during the day so it can dry naturally and you don't have to sleep with it wet. Moisture in the scalp can lead to fungus, dandruff and weakening of the hair.

Do not wash the strands in hot water so that the natural oil that protects the strands is not removed. Do not dry your hair by twisting the towel around it, instead, gradually tighten the towel on the strands, otherwise they may break, especially in the case of damaged hair

Avoid thermal modelers

Flat irons, dryers and Babyliss have very high temperatures and frequent use can seriously damage the wires. When avoided, hair health is greatly improved. If you do not give up these devices, use at least thermal protection and still use these modelers correctly.
